Daniel A. Penn

Daniel is a trial attorney, representing corporate clients in all stages of high-stakes tort and commercial litigation. His primary practice includes defending businesses against negligence-based claims, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, workplace injury, and premises liability lawsuits. Daniel additionally represents clients in commercial litigation matters, such as breach of contract, real estate, non-compete agreements, and construction disputes.

He has extensive experience managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, mediations, and trial preparations for high-exposure cases in both state and federal jurisdictions. Daniel’s litigation practice extends across Texas, providing skilled representation to clients in courts throughout the state.
