A native West Virginian who cut his teeth in the Mountain State, Dylan Hughes relocated to Texas to continue growing his practice in labor and employment law.   • Successfully defended electronics refurbishing company in a retaliation and racial discrimination matter before the EEOC
  • Represented financial technology company and related PEO in a contentious matter involving sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation
  • Involved in successfully defending against several unfair labor practice charges brought against a local restaurant chain
  • Researched and drafted multiple briefs which resulted in the dismissal of a property damage claim against a ski resort
  • Performed an audit of a county commission regarding classification of its employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Drafted employee handbooks, policies, and procedures for several private and public sector employers
  • Involved in researching, vetting, and ranking arbitrators on behalf of an aluminum manufacturer
