A native West Virginian, Dylan Hughes focuses his practice in labor and employment law.   • Researched and drafted multiple briefs which resulted in the dismissal of a property damage claim against a ski resort
  • Performed an audit of a county commission regarding classification of its employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act
