Eli W. Kiefaber


Eli Kiefaber focuses his practice in mineral title and energy law and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He regularly works with publicly-traded and private-equity energy producers in major U.S. shale plays and has prepared numerous title opinions, including drilling title opinions, division order opinions, supplemental title opinions, and acquisition title opinions. Eli’s experience also encompasses energy litigation matters, including title disputes, interpretation of royalties, and payments of revenues.

Eli Kiefaber understands that in his practice he is not only hired as an attorney but as a teammate. Eli enjoys working closely with his clients and creating an engaging experience.
