Marshall W. Kuieck

Marshall Kuieck supports energy clients by assisting with mineral title examinations, ownership analysis, lease interpretation, and surface use conflicts. He contributes to the drafting and review of title opinions, including identifying and addressing title defects and preparing curative documentation.

During law school, he was recognized for his writing and oral advocacy skills and leverages both to prepare legal summaries and communicate research results. Marshall’s previous experience at a regional legal aid organization provided him with strong analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities which are valuable to the detailed nature of the work he does.
