Meghann M. Principe

Meghann Principe focuses her practice on corporate merger and acquisitions matters. While in law school, Meghann was the Executive Editor of Joule: Duquesne’s Energy & Environmental Law Journal, the President of the Women’s Law Association, and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program. She was previously a summer associate for Steptoe & Johnson, where she gained valuable experience fostering relationships with clients and assisting businesses with a wide variety of corporate matters.
