Associate

Morgan’s practice focuses on commercial transactions primarily in the energy industry. She frequently collaborates to assist clients with energy matters and has an ability to adapt to the shifting needs of each project. As a former Summer Associate at Steptoe & Johnson, she has experience in drafting motions, loan agreements, settlement statements, mortgages, affidavits, and title matters.

Morgan held a legislative internship on Capitol Hill for her congressman and a judicial internship for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is the co-founder of the Brave Women Project, a 501(c)(3) focused on professional and personal development for women.
