
Pete enjoys pursuing a wide-ranging civil litigation practice, representing national retailers, corporations, insurance carriers, government entities, and small to mid-sized companies, encompassing commercial disputes, personal injury, and premises liability claims.
Pete also brings a unique dynamic within his practice by supporting the firm’s transactional and regulatory practices in higher education, commercial real estate and financing, and mergers & acquisitions.
While in law school, Pete completed a two-year internship as in-house corporate counsel for an international manufacturing company. The experience shaped an understanding of both short- and long-term business planning in areas such as trade, product liability, data privacy and employment law, as well as the impacts of legislation and regulatory guidance.
Prior to law school, Pete worked in banking and risk management, serving clients in the United States and Europe. Pete’s financial background gives him a unique business perspective and advantage, enabling him to deliver high-quality solutions for the diverse needs of his business clients.
