Taylor J. Kennedy

Biography

Taylor Kennedy grew up in the age of the television show Law and Order and knew from a young age that she wanted to change the world by becoming a lawyer. Taylor was raised in a family of lawyers where she honed her understanding and appreciation of nuance, which clients appreciate. As a litigator, Taylor puts into practice her undergraduate psychology degree, her listening skills, and her ability to artfully state her case.

  • Represent and defend large corporations as well as small businesses and their employees in civil litigations involving allegations of negligence and negligence per se under theories of vicarious liability and respondent superior as well as claims for personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, and wrongful employment practices
