    Charlie Appler enjoys real estate law, specifically projects where all parties are working towards the same goal to get the deal done.  Charlie’s collaborative approach to projects puts all parties at ease and he’s able to balance opposing interests, while keeping his clients’ needs at the forefront.  Focusing primarily on commercial real estate transactions and financing, Charlie has significant experience with retail centers, hotels, and multi-family housing developments.  Additionally, Charlie helps clients navigate commercial real estate foreclosures, advising on the process and documentation requirements.  

    Charlie is a seasoned attorney and he often uses his experience to mentor and train young lawyers, helping them learn the importance of responsiveness in the practice of law.
