2026 NALTA Conference

Steptoe & Johnson is sponsoring the National Association of Land and Title Analysts (NALTA) Conference on August 10-12, 2026 in Chandler, AZ. NALTA’s mission is to educate and advance its members’ professionalism through education, communication, industry promotion, and professional development opportunities. The conference offers a comprehensive agenda featuring expert-led presentations, exhibitor engagement, and networking events designed to enhance the knowledge of land professionals while supporting collaboration and continuing education within the energy industry.

Throughout the conference, four of the firm’s attorneys will present educational sessions. Andy Graham will deliver the August 11 keynote presentation, “Oil and Gas Industry in Pop Culture,” and present “Hidden Title Defects” on August 12. B.J. Black will present “Overview of Diligence Process in the Appalachian Basin” on August 10 and 11. Tim McKeen will present “Leadership” and “Coal – Plugging Before Mining” on August 11, and Travis Irwin will present “Demystifying the Division Order Title Opinion – What Clients Request and Why” on August 11 and 12.
