Biography
Gordon Rowe is an accomplished legal professional with over twenty-five years of experience as a litigator, negotiator, and legal manager. His vast experience as the General Counsel for higher education institutions and state government agencies in Kentucky, and in private practice, encompasses a variety of areas, including employment litigation, contract negotiation and litigation, negligence actions, higher education law, and bankruptcy matters. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet.
