    Biography

    When the deck is stacked against you, John Frick is the attorney you need to alleviate your anxiety, and most importantly, level the playing field.  John is a well-respected litigator who is known by his clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel as logical, hyper-organized, and creative. When the stakes are high, John’s clients depend on him to vigorously defend them in contract disputes, product liability, construction accidents and defects, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes.  

    John is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law. His litigation practice spans multiple local courts and he has argued appeals in 10 of the 14 Courts of Appeals in Texas. John is licensed in all four Federal District Courts in Texas.

    Key Experience

    Obtained "reverse and render" opinion from court of appeals in favor of insurer on summary judgment in coverage litigation arising out of underlying $1M verdict in construction defect case
    Successfully argued motion for summary judgment in trial court defending home builder in serious construction accident case, then successfully briefed and argued case on appeal
    Successful verdict after two-week jury trial in negligent security premises liability action filed against hotel following the robbery and shooting on hotel grounds
