    Josh Stearns is a trusted advisor for his clients. Josh has a business and entrepreneurial-focused practice that includes corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing, and construction.

    As a business lawyer, Josh is intimately involved with all aspects of corporate transactions where he helps structure and get deals done. Josh has experience with a wide variety of commercial agreements, such as distribution and vendor contracts. He has represented both buyers and sellers with purchases and sales of real estate, assets, and businesses by way of mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, Josh routinely helps his clients with corporate governance matters, such as drafting operating agreements, corporate resolutions, and shareholder documents. Josh commonly helps real estate clients with financing and other land issues, such as easements. He also regularly works with construction professionals in helping document their contracts, as well as representing them in litigation and disputes before courts, arbitrators, and administrative bodies.

    As a former student-athlete, Josh understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail, no matter the circumstance, and this is what clients get when they work with Josh.
