Mark Moses focuses his practice in the areas of products liability and general litigation.  He has experience representing various manufacturers and premise owners on a variety of toxic tort and other products liability issues. He also has experience defending personal injury and contractual claims in both automotive and premises contexts. He is a member of the Firm’s Products Liability Group, General Litigation Practice Group, and the First Party Insurance Team.
