Michelle Dougherty is invested in protecting her clients when they find themselves in difficult and stressful litigation.  Michelle helps her clients understand the situation in a logical and practical way and works with them to develop a solution that is right for the clients' short term and long term goals. Michelle’s litigation spans a variety of subject matters, including personal injury, employment matters, ERISA and employee benefits, violations of constitutional rights, insurance defense, and matters involving lending and consumer protection.
