Nancy M. Lashnits focuses her practice in the areas of nonprofit organizations, Federal tax, and public finance. Her practice includes the representation of state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, and other private borrowers in various types of financings, as well as providing counsel to clients on federal tax issues related to such financings. Ms. Lashnits has practiced public finance and tax law as a partner in regional and national law firms and at the IRS for more than 25 years.
