Biography

In her career, Taylor V. Wilson has regularly assisted her clients with multi-million dollar deals. As a transactional lawyer, Taylor guides clients as they diversify and expand their holdings via acquisition. While Taylor is especially drawn to clients who are in growth mode, she is adept at assisting clients who are divesting as well. She takes pride in helping clients close the deal. Taylor is a no-nonsense attorney who counsels clients on the financial, operational, and cultural impact of deal terms and advises them on adjustments that may better suit their needs. Taylor sees her work as instrumental in helping her clients succeed, one transaction at a time.

In her formative years as a lawyer, Taylor clerked in Oklahoma state court for Judge Dana Kuehn, who now serves on the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
