DALLAS – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to welcome Amy E. Lott to the Dallas office as Member in the firm’s Business department, strengthening its established transactional capabilities in a rapidly growing market. Over the past year, the firm has added 17 attorneys to its offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, further expanding its investment in the region.

As a lifelong resident of Dallas, Lott brings extensive local relationships and market insight to the firm. She represents middle-market businesses, entrepreneurs, and family offices, and frequently serves as outside general counsel to closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Lott assists clients with structuring corporate transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, private placements, joint ventures, and financings. She provides strategic guidance to clients across a range of industries, including real estate, energy, health care, aviation, entertainment, hospitality, commercial landscaping, and disruptive technologies.
Lott earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Dallas Baptist University and her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Mississippi.
