Biography
Paul is Board Certified in Property Owners Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents homeowners associations (HOAs) and developers throughout Texas, including single-family and commercial associations, master-planned communities, condominiums, and townhomes. He advises clients on drafting and interpreting governing documents, restrictive covenants, and contracts.
He also counsels clients on daily operational issues such as assessment collection, covenant compliance, and foreclosure proceedings. Additionally, he regularly manages litigation involving assessment delinquency, enforcement of deed restrictions, and community association disputes.
Paul has authored numerous articles on property owners association law and frequently presents on real estate and community association topics for boards, managers, and industry organizations.
