Paul Gaines Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s HOA Team in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to welcome Paul Gaines to the San Antonio office as Of Counsel in the firm’s Business department, where he will join the Real Estate Development and Homeowners and Condominium Law teams.

Gaines is Board Certified in Property Owners Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and assists homeowners associations, condominiums and developers throughout Texas with drafting and interpreting governing documents, restrictive covenants, and contracts. He also manages litigation involving assessment delinquency, enforcement of deed restrictions, and community association disputes.

Gaines earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
