He assists with contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and drafting and negotiating contracts, including purchase agreements, bills of sale, service agreements, and escrow agreements. As a Summer Associate for Steptoe & Johnson, he provided research and drafted pleadings for securities litigation, premise liability, and medical malpractice cases.
