Rebecca L. Shearer

Associate

Rebecca focuses her practice on business litigation matters. She defends clients in disputes and supports all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, trial preparation, and post-judgment proceedings. Rebecca conducts legal research, drafts pleadings, motions, and briefs, prepares witnesses, and argues procedural and discovery motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca represented clients in family law and civil litigation, including divorce, custody, contract disputes, real estate litigation, business separations, and property disputes. She also has experience in estate planning and administration, municipal tax matters, and creditors’ rights litigation.
