Anne Frye focuses her practice on e-Discovery, information governance, and the strategic implementation of generative artificial intelligence in legal practice. She advises clients and legal teams on the use of technology to manage complex discovery matters, streamline legal workflows, and develop practical, defensible solutions for handling electronically stored information (ESI). Anne has extensive experience managing the review, identification, and analysis of ESI for clients across a range of industries. She leads the e-Discovery practice within the firm’s e-Discovery and Litigation Support (ELS) Team, advising case teams and clients on e-Discovery strategy, technology, and best practices. She also oversees the firm’s Relativity environment and works closely with the litigation support team to develop efficient, technology-driven approaches to discovery challenges.

  • Designed and managed end-to-end document review workflows for large-scale litigation and regulatory investigations, ensuring efficiency, defensibility, and compliance with discovery obligations
  • Led cross-functional teams, including legal, technical, and vendor partners, in developing tailored review protocols, QC processes, and privilege review guidelines
  • Used analytics tools, including email threading, near-duplicate detection, TAR, and active learning, to prioritize documents and reduce review volumes and costs
  • Managed large-scale document review projects to aid in the identification, preservation, production, and analysis of electronically stored information
  • Identified privileged documents and drafted large-scale privilege logs for discovery compliance
  • Coordinated and managed document reviews and productions in various electronic data review platforms
