
Fareshteh Hamidi is an accomplished civil litigator with experience representing health care providers and institutions in complex legal matters. She has successfully litigated dispositive motions—including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss—and has authored numerous winning briefs that have led to favorable outcomes for clients in both trial and appellate courts.
Fareshteh is known for her sharp legal analysis, clear writing, and practical approach to litigation. She routinely advises sophisticated business clients, including hospitals, physician groups, and long-term care facilities, on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues. Her work spans risk management, litigation strategy, and defending against high-stakes claims in the ever-evolving health care landscape.
Her articles have been featured in the Oklahoma Bar Journal, where she has written on employment law topics and COVID-19-related laws affecting nursing home litigation.
Fareshteh earned her Juris Doctor and a Health Law Certificate from The University of Tulsa College of Law in December 2019. During law school, she held leadership roles on the Board of Advocates, served as an Admissions Ambassador and a Staff Editor for the Energy Law Journal, and competed nationally in appellate advocacy.
In addition to her legal practice, Fareshteh is actively involved in the legal and broader Oklahoma City community. She is a member of the Robert J. Turner American Inn of Court and currently serves on the Oklahoma City Museum of Art’s Moderns Board for the 2024–2026 term.
