Biography

Brock focuses on complex civil litigation matters including commercial and residential construction disputes, breach of contract litigation in commercial and real estate transactions, and oil and gas disputes. He drafts pleadings, discovery requests, responses and subpoenas, and dispositive motions related to all stages of litigation. Brock also reviews loan documents, real estate transaction documents, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents.
