Rachel A. Lawson

Biography

Rachel focuses her practice on energy contracts, transactional matters, and oil and gas title examination. She assists clients with due diligence projects and drafts joint operating, drilling, and leasing and commercial agreements.

Previously, she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office. In this role, she managed all facets of cases, including advising investigators, overseeing arrests, conducting pretrial hearings and motions, negotiating pleas, handling post-trial motions, and managing hearings and appeals.
