Adam Ennis is a commercial litigator with a reputation as a tenacious problem solver. He has a lengthy track record of success in court cases and arbitrations. Adam has special experience handling high-stakes arbitrations before the AAA and JAMS. Adam’s arbitration victories for his clients span multiple states and industries, including oil and gas, real estate development, construction, pharmaceuticals and health care. When clients understand the ramifications of binding arbitration, they want the persistence of Adam Ennis at the table. 

Adam also has a deep understanding of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, combined with extensive experience with construction law, which gives him the unique ability to handle any construction disputes that arise in the oil and gas sector.

Adam believes that it is important to provide frequent and in-depth status reports to his clients throughout each case. From 2014 through 2017, Adam was Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he taught Trial Advocacy. In law school, he was Executive Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
