Biography

Anthony focuses his practice on labor and employment, representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters. He advises clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, conducts workplace investigations, and assists with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Anthony also advises employers on navigating the complexities of traditional labor law, including issues arising within unionized workforces.

Having grown up participating in sports and playing collegiate football, Anthony learned firsthand the value of hard work, preparation, and teamwork in achieving shared goals. Clients value his dependability, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to helping them.

Representative Experience

Represented coal entities in a variety of matters, including interviewing witnesses, preparing for, executing, and defending depositions, investigating incidents and drafting of motions
Defended MLB team in personal injury and slip and fall incidents
Successfully argued multiple Motions for Summary Judgement on behalf of large multi-seasonal resort in negligence matters
Assisted with labor negotiations for global animal health company
