Austin focuses on a wide range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing clients in education law, employment law, insurance defense, and civil rights litigation. He assists with managing discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and handling mediations and trial preparation for state and federal litigation cases.
During his time in law school, he served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Virginia under the Honorable (Ret.) Justice Elizabeth McClanahan.
