Bree Nelson

Director of Land Administration

Bree is the Director of Land Administration with S&J Land Administration Services LLC, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in contract administration, lease negotiations, mineral record management, and acquisition and divestiture due diligence. She has held numerous management roles ranging from client management to overseeing large teams of employees, demonstrating her leadership skills and ability to be a team player.

Bree has experience working with clients across Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, West Viriginia, and Ohio where she has prepared leases and contracts, organized and maintained land records, analyzed title opinions, and prepared permits and regulatory documents. Bree’s leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects make her a valuable asset to clients.
