Chip has been litigating public entity cases in West Virginia for over 20 years and has conducted more than 30 trials in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on representing governmental entities, including municipalities, in a vast array of civil matters. He has represented clients in officer-involved shootings, wrongful termination, discrimination, the West Virginia Wage Payment Collection Act, and various other legal claims.
Additionally, Chip conducts trainings for various boards of education, law enforcement agencies, and other public entities. He represents clients through AIG, Travelers, and the West Virginia Risk Pool.
