Dallas F. Kratzer III

Biography

Dallas Kratzer joined Steptoe & Johnson after spending more than five years working in the United States Courts. His legal practice is focused on litigation, and his experiences in federal trial and appellate courts—including the Fourth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States —help him advise clients in any situation. As a high school lacrosse coach, he has a unique perspective on the teamwork needed when working with clients in high-stakes litigation. Whether in the courtroom or on the lacrosse field, Dallas also recognizes how important it is to understand and predict an opponent’s behavior to succeed. Clients appreciate that Dallas can simplify complex and nuanced situations and present a logical solution to their problems.
