Ira Werner handles mineral title and property matters for energy and natural resources clients. He advises on complex title histories, oil and gas leases, curative issues, and surface and subsurface ownership questions.
Ira also has experience in litigation and regulatory matters, including drafting motions and appellate briefs, managing discovery, and presenting arguments in court. He has drafted briefs in both state and federal courts and regularly advises clients on procedural and statutory requirements.
