Jared C. Underwood

Biography

Jared Underwood represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a wide array of litigation matters. His practice focuses on education law, employment law, insurance defense, and civil rights litigation. He defends clients in claims of negligence, discrimination, Section 1983 claims, medical malpractice, and various other civil matters. Jared is an asset to clients given his work on a variety of litigation cases and knowledge of their industry.
