Jeffrey P. Brahan

Jeffrey Brahan brings more than thirty years of legal experience in a broad array of litigation matters to his practice. He has successfully tried cases in both State and Federal courts and has extensive experience in complex and multi-party litigation, as well as arbitrating disputes related to the construction industry. He has vast experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documents of all types, and providing day-to-day counsel for an array of issues for clients involved in all aspects of the construction industry.

Jeffrey is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is recognized by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Construction Law and Litigation-Construction.
