Jessica M. Laramie

Biography

Jessica’s practice is built upon nearly two decades of experience in the energy industry, including in-house experience handling land, title and due diligence matters. She drafts land title opinions, surface and subsurface leases, use agreements, easements, licenses, purchase agreements, and other land and commercial contracts related to energy and natural resources development. Jessica advises clients on regulatory and policy matters including permitting, development, reclamation, and carbon management. She also works to identify risks associated with title defects while recommending curative actions for clients seeking to develop natural resources. Jessica’s experience in land administration compliments her mineral title practice and benefits clients with her detailed knowledge and extensive understanding of the industry. Her dynamic professional experience includes time in higher education, where she taught and developed several course curricula and fostered numerous industry partnerships.
