Josh F. Desmond

Biography

Josh Desmond focuses his practice on finance and investment matters and has experience in reviewing and negotiating complex terms and conditions for public and private clients on their opportunities. He has also helped clients manage investment portfolios in dealing with real estate, venture capital, and private equity.

Previously, he served as in-house counsel to a  financial service company where he reviewed and documented complex financing transactions for alternative investments. In this role, he helped the company meet state and federal compliance requirements. Josh also has experience with patent and trademark use and protection. He has also reviewed, negotiated, and advised on terms and conditions for federal and non-federal contracts and other non-financial agreements.
