Katelyn D. Hoelscher

Biography

Katelyn focuses her practice in energy litigation and uses her knowledge and experience in oil and gas to assist clients through various stages of proceedings.  Katelyn’s due diligence in preparing pleadings, motions, and legal briefs have led to favorable outcomes in the courtroom. Her experience includes effectively briefing significant oil and gas cases across Texas, Ohio, and Oklahoma, and providing valuable insights for annual case law updates. Katelyn uses her background as a former law clerk and landman to assist clients with chain-of-title research for commercial pipeline projects and in drafting and negotiating right-of-way agreements. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
