Kyle’s practice focuses on civil litigation, and he has experience in insurance defense and public entity cases. He assists municipalities and governmental entities in cases involving negligence, discrimination, and other civil matters.
In addition to his work as a litigator, Kyle consults and serves as corporate counsel to a West Virginia-based company specializing in collegiate and high school athletics as well as the NCAA transfer portal. During law school, Kyle worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge William T. Ailor in the Knox County Circuit Court in Tennessee.
