Lori J. Mason

Biography

Lori serves clients in the energy industry by performing oil, gas, and coal title examinations and preparing title opinions. Her experience includes abstracting titles, compiling abstract data for clients, and managing due diligence and document review for asset development projects and large-scale mineral acquisitions in the Marcellus and Utica Shales. Lori also has experience handling residential real estate closings, conducting research for title and relevant litigation issues, and preparing curative documents including leases, deeds, and affidavits.

Lori previously served as an assistant district attorney and an assistant public defender where she gained experience managing and prosecuting juvenile and criminal cases.
