Biography

Mattie Shuler focuses her practice on professional liability and general litigation matters. She spent two summers as a summer associate for Steptoe & Johnson and was an extern law clerk for Chief Justice Elizabeth D. Walker at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. During law school, Mattie was actively involved in oral and written advocacy co-curricular organizations. In 2022, she won the George C. Baker Cup Appellate Advocacy Competition.
