Mikha R. Slone

Biography

Mikha works with businesses to solve complex financial and investment issues through strategy and communication. She supports multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions by managing due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and coordinating closing logistics. Mikha is experienced in reviewing and negotiating complex terms and conditions for business entity formation and governance, and drafts articles of incorporation, bylaws, and conflict of interest policies. She provides legal guidance on equity and debt securities offerings and prepares a wide range of corporate contracts, including service and supply agreements, nondisclosure agreements, employment agreements, and commercial lease agreements.

Licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Louisiana, Mikha is actively involved in the legal community. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of Membership for the Military Spouse J.D. Network. Mikha is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and adaptable nature. When she’s not immersed in legal work, Mikha enjoys staying active, exploring new recipes, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
