Oscar Becerra focuses his practice on the unique legal landscape that surrounds community associations. His practice involves advising these organizations on operational and governance issues, focusing on the intricate interpretation and application of community covenants, policies, and procedures. He also assists community associations in preparing and amending their bylaws, policies, and rules and regulations that make up their governing documents. With a deep understanding of the legal framework that governs community associations, Oscar helps to guide his clients through the often complex social dynamics that accompany HOAs. Additionally, Oscar routinely handles assessment collection and deed restriction litigation matters.
