Qwenton focuses his practice on business, financial, and litigation matters. He assists with contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and drafting and negotiating contracts, including purchase agreements, bills of sale, service agreements, and escrow agreements. As a Summer Associate for Steptoe & Johnson, he provided research and drafted pleadings for securities litigation, premise liability, and medical malpractice cases.
