Ryan provides mineral title and due diligence services for clients in the energy industry. His practice includes drafting and reviewing title opinions, lease contracts, and agreements, as he helps clients navigate the complexities of mineral title and property law.
As an accomplished litigator with trial and appellate experience across a range of areas, and skills in analysis, research, and managing large-scale e-discovery projects, Ryan offers effective representation to litigation clients. He has served as national counsel defending a Fortune 500 company in thousands of lawsuits brought in state and federal courts across the country.
In addition, Ryan has defended claims of personal injury and public nuisance and has experience with First Amendment litigation, business litigation, and estate litigation in trial courts and appellate courts. Before entering private practice, he worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Ohio and Deputy Public Defender in Idaho.
