Sandi, a Land Administrator with S&J Land Administration Services LLC, specializes in division orders and title curative. She leverages her combined 30+ years of division orders and land administration management and revenue accounting experience to work with division order analysts and companies all over the United States.

Clients count on Sandi to research difficult title and determine complicated divisions of interest. She has vast experience working division orders in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, Oklahoma and the Marcellus Shale. She is proficient in Quorum, Excalibur, Bolo, and has experience with Land Docs.

Sandi is active in the Denver Association of Division Order Analysts (DADOA) where she serves as president, and the National Association of Division Order Analysts (NADOA) where she is the DADOA Director to the NADOA board.
