Thomas D. Krapp

Associate

Tommy focuses his practice on energy contracts and due diligence for mineral leases, joint operating agreements, division order title opinions, and other transactional documents. He conducts data analysis and title reviews, assists with drafting legal agreements and commercial contracts, and supports real estate closings. He also investigates issues in mineral law and prepares letters and memoranda for clients.

While in law school, he served as a Judicial Intern with Judge Jeffrey K. Carpenter on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, giving him firsthand experience navigating the court system with sitting judges.
