William G. Begley III

William “Stone” Begley focuses his practice on professional liability matters in state and federal courts. He guides clients through every stage of litigation, from initial intake to final resolution, including discovery, drafting pretrial motions, negotiations, mediation, and settlement.

Before joining Steptoe & Johnson, Stone was an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Bowling Green, KY, where he handled all Kentucky Revised Statutes Chapter 218A felony cases in Warren County, managed three circuit criminal dockets, the Rocket Docket program, mediations, and jury trials as first and second chair.
