    Biography

    There isn’t much that Haley Bunn hasn’t seen or heard in her legal career.  Having spent seven years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Haley is a seasoned trial lawyer who is now leveraging her experience in the courtroom to defend firm clients.  Growing up in a small town in West Virginia, Haley has always been an advocate for the Mountain State.  In her experience as a federal prosecutor, Haley made a difference with her tireless efforts to disrupt the illegal narcotics trade, fight white collar crime, and protect small communities in West Virginia.  Haley has the instincts of a successful litigator, and she is passionate about making the case, fighting the fight, and standing her ground. She is equally adept at negotiation and conciliation, when that is the better course. Firm clients have the benefit of a seasoned litigator who will use her experience uncovering the truth to develop a winning strategy to protect their business, their employees, and their investment in West Virginia.

    Represented county school board in disagreement with parents over right to refuse vaccinations of school age children
    Co-counsel for case involving the corruption of public officials in West Virginia, including the acting prosecutor, magistrate, and circuit judge
    Defended public utility in action involving alleged negligence resulting in workplace accident causing catastrophic injury
