Stetson Law 47th Annual National Conference on Law and Higher Education

Steptoe & Johnson is sponsoring the Stetson Law Annual National Conference on Law & Higher Education on March 4-8, 2026. Susan Deniker will present “Mitigation to Avoid High-Risk Employment Litigation” on Friday, March 6 at 9:00 a.m., “Brace for Impact: Navigating the New Frontiers of Risk in Higher Ed” on Friday, March 6 at 10:30 a.m., and “The Restoration Court: Understanding SCOTUS in the Time of Trump” on Saturday, March 7 at 9:00 a.m.

Cheryl Stanton will present “The Elements of Good Governance” on Saturday, March 7 at 9:00 a.m.

Peter Lake will serve as conference chair.
